At Fizzy Fashions, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. All orders are typically shipped via Canada Post, providing reliable delivery to your doorstep. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days for standard shipping within Canada. International shipping times will vary based on destination.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Refund/Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fizzy Fashions. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return/refund policy. You can return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
